Devotees of Paramahansa Yogananda are those who follow and practise the teachings and scientific meditation techniques he offered through the Lessons, distributed and coordinated by his organisation, Self-Realization Fellowship, founded in Los Angeles, California, in 1920.
The Meditation Centre
Our Meditation Centre is a warm and welcoming place, well suited to practising devotional group meditation. As Paramahansa Yogananda repeatedly explained, group meditation is essential, as it greatly supports our spiritual growth; the energies generated during group meditation benefit us both individually and collectively, multiplying the blessings received during practice. Here you will find a place of deep spiritual inspiration in which to enjoy meditating together.

When you visit the Meditation Centre, you can see the place where devotees of Paramahansa Yogananda gather to meditate together.
We will be happy to answer your initial questions, and you may also have the opportunity to join a group meditation on your first day. First-time visitors are welcome on Saturdays at 8:30 a.m..
